I was disappointed with the lack of safety in the surrounding area. The presence of street activity made me uncomfortable, particularly at night. The lighting in the room was poor.

Clean hotel with gentle staff and excellent location near to the subway and staff, the tram stop and seedy bars. Complimentary drinks at roof top bar, good service. Late check-out. Delicious and nice food for breakfast.

Everything was very good during 4 days, loved its magnificent location right by the Hauptbahnhof of Frankfurt, and a brilliant upmarket Indian restaurant within 500m. The service was very good and the food was appetising.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic! The hotel also boasts a beautiful rooftop bar-if only it were open ! Clean and modern, the amenities hit the spot for a comfy night after exploring nearby dining gems like Ichiban Taiwan Restaurant and Toh-Thong Thai Cuisine.

The area around the hotel felt sketchy with drug deals and rough crowds on every corner. The staff seemed indifferent, and the room's air conditioning didn't work as promised. Honestly, my friends and I decided to book elsewhere after just two nights-definitely not worth the risk when better spots are just a short train ride away.

The hotel property was well-designed with comfortable and perfect location short walk to a supermarket and restaurants, and then train station.

i was pleased with nice service. had practical and reasonably spacious room with a decent size shower for a really comfortable stay. the staff was charming and lovely when needed.

I thoroughly enjoyed the modern design that's both aesthetic and functional, giving a cozy vibe. The breakfast buffet was a showstopper, especially the pancake maker, I couldn't get enough! The sound insulation in the room was really good, ensuring a peaceful night despite the hotel's lively urban surroundings.

The rooftop area was a highlight for our big family. And high-speed WiFi and a Smart TV made it convenient for everyone.
